Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

A credit card will be required to book all appointments & will be charged according to our cancellation policy if we do not receive adequate notice of appointment changes or cancellations. 

We understand that things happen, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment. If we do not receive a 24 hour notice, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the full service amount.

If you book a next-day or same-day appointment (where a 24 hour notification of failure to make appointment is technically impossible) and fail to make it to your appointment, we will automatically charge a mandatory $25 missed appointment fee to the card on file regardless of whether or not you call to cancel.

NO SHOWS

If you do not call and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you are a repeat offender you will be restricted from booking future appointments . We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours (and our other clients’ time) as well.
